As a relational and intergenerational family, we have several opportunities to connect with each other outside of Sunday mornings:

Wednesday evening meetings provide a mid-week boost and an opportunity to offer more interactive teaching for our children and youth through Clubs and Youth Group.

Clubs for
grades K-5

WEDS @ 6:30PM

September through early May, we hold Wednesday night Clubs for students in Kindergarten-grade 5. This time is designed for students to learn more about God, make new and deepening friendships, and to have fun! We have a variety of activities each Wednesday to make sure that this is the best night of the week for the kids!

Youth Group
for grades 6-12

For Students in grades 6-12, we have Youth Group from September through early May. We use this time to learn more about God through having topical discussions (as opposed to Sunday mornings which are chronological Bible studies). We also use this time to grow in community and have fun! Over the summer we hold sporadic informal events. 

Adult Prayer

The book of Acts tells us that the early Church was devoted to prayer.  This was a key ingredient to the Church being of one heart and mind and being able to multiply.  Therefore, we offer a time of focused prayer for our church family and community each week.

Care Groups

Care Groups provide opportunities to meet in a way that allows for more personal interaction and response.  These meetings provide fellowship, Bible study together, focused prayer, care for members, and opportunities to serve others.  We have multiple groups meeting in homes on various evenings through the week.

Men’s Ministry

Our Men’s Ministry hosts a number of activities to just hang out as well as be encouraged through reflections and study.  Our regular events include:

  • Monthly Men’s Gathering || Gus’s Restaurant, 4th Thursday @ 6pm  

  • Men’s Breakfast || Saturday before Father’s Day

  • Men & Boys Campout || Held in September, this is the highlight of our year as we camp, fish, cook over the fire, ride bikes, play cards, and enjoy being together.

Women’s Ministry

Women's Ministry enjoys Ladies Conferences and Retreats, attending Winter Wonderland drama in Camp Hill, Christmas Brunch at Roxbury Camp, and the following regular events:

  • Bible Studies || Bible Study throughout different seasons of the year whether it be a book of the Bible or a video series led by ladies within the church. 

  • Lunch and Games || having fun with potluck meals after morning service and games to follow

  • Ladies Banquet || We enjoy a catered meal served by the men along with worship and a speaker on the Saturday before Mother’s Day.

  • Ladies evening out || In September, while the men are out camping, we gather together for our own time of fun and fellowship like mini golf and ice cream.
